My 10 yr old daughter, Skyler, received a 3pk of positivity bracelets for Christmas yesterday from a close family friend. Our friend thought Skyler deserved the bracelets due to her charity work with the Boys and Girls Village in our state. She has been working with BGV for 3 yrs and her kindness has become contagious in her classrooms the last couple of holiday seasons in addition to her efforts to raise donations instead of birthday gifts and food donations other times during the year. My daughter, Skyler, inspires me to be positive.

I am spreading Positive Energy to Victoria, James, and Isaiah! Isaiah has Neuroblastoma, Stage 4. He is four years old and just about the happiest, bravest person I have ever met.
On a side note, I believe the reason I try to be positive is because of my friend Aimee. She overcame Breast Cancer without ever losing her faith, or positivity.

No matter what has happened in my life - God has always taken the opportunity to show me people around me with their own struggles far worse than mine. You have more than 1 solution to any problem & I always chose the positive way. With God by my side - LOVE & POSITIVITY conquers all ;o)

I now know two people battling cancer and have never seen such positivity from two more deserving people. It's a state of being and an energy that is necessary to get better. It has made me try and be more positive in my life so that I can be there for my friends who need me now more than ever!

This last year I was on a Mission to lose 50 lbs, quit smoking and train for a Triathlon...Tall order for turning 50, but I was surrounded by an incredible group of positive, energenic friends (old, and new ones I met along the way) that helped me reach my goals! (Triathlon is in May of 2010). This year for Christmas gifts I purchased quite a few positivity braclets to pass on what they have given me throughout the year.. Positivity and hope! Without them my goals would have been a lot harder to reach and I am so Thankful for all that have helped me along the way!

Watching my brother-in-law currently battle cancer reminds me that life is never going to be easy but it is so very worth the effort! Appreciate those who treat you right and forget the ones who didn't for they are not worth remembering!!

Live today! Fret less about tomorrow...why can't the glass be "half full"?

After breaking up with the boy I thought I was to marry, I chose to not mourn about it and change my life. I chose positivity and wrote it on my hand for two months straight. I am now an active community service member and I've never been happier. In losing him, I let go of what didn't make me happy and found what did. Without him in my life, I'm doing things I've never done before that have made me a genuinely happy person.
