During the whole National Share Your Positivity Week, our firm will acknowledge what others have done daily that was positive. Things such as completing tasks on-time, correctly, helping one another out, etc. Each person will be responsible to pay at least one compliment daily and will communicate by either telling there co-worker face to face, writing a personal note, or e-mailing them. By the end of the week we will vote on who we thought had the most positive feedback and that person will get a $50 gift certificate.
