I attended a very large women's blogging conference last week, as a speaker and a woman eager to connect with other women. I was lucky enough to have 200 positivity bracelets to hand out and I'm so delighted to say they were accepted not only with enthusiasm, but with delight! Many, many of these bloggers were eager to take another one home to daughters. "My daughter will love this," they said, over and over. I also heard exlamations of, "This is a great idea!" And, "This is so beautiful."
The concept, the quality of the bracelet, the message - all resonated with these women. No one turned away once I told them I was giving them a little bit of positive thinking... to help them focus on the good things in their lives. Many asked if they could have another to "pass on"...and so, we paid it forward many times over.
I hope to see these women utilize this concept, visit this site and share their stories, and urge the sponsors of the conference to buy these bracelets in bulk to hand out to employees - creating an atmosphere of happiness, positivity, and forward-thinking.
